She will return to the Met next season as Aida, Musetta in La Bohème, and in Blanchard’s Champion. Her 2019 Met Porgy and Bess won the Grammy for best opera recording. Career highlights: In October, she performed Giorgetta in Il Tabarro with Opera Santa Barbara. Last summer, she was a Santa Fe Opera Apprentice Artist, appearing as a Bridesmaid in The Marriage of Figaro. She appeared in Mörder, Hoffnung der Frauen with the LA Philharmonic. She was a featured artist in Lee Mingwei’s exhibit Sonic Blossom with MetLiveArts. Previous credits include Kathleen Battle’s Underground Railroad recital.

He will return as Arturo in Lucia di Lammermoor and Cassio in Otello. He has been a member of the Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Program since 2019.
Career highlights: A 2019 Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions national semifinalist and a 2021 Tenor Viñas Contest finalist, he created the role of Giorgio in New York City Opera’s 2022 world premiere of Ricky Ian Gordon’s The Garden of the Finzi-Continis. Last year, he performed Tamino in The Magic Flute at the Aspen Musical Festival.
